Terms and Conditions
- Booking a photography session with Eszter Szabó Photography indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
- The main goal of a Mini Photo Session with Eszter Szabó Photography is to create family portraits: meaning a photo with all family members. If there will be time left, we will try to create individual portraits as well. If you want to ensure to get more portraits, please upgrade your booking to a Full Family Photo Session.
- The booking fee of €195 covers the time and talent of Eszter Szabó Photography to create your photos. It also includes one framed 8x10" fine art photo and the corresponding websize (low resolution) digital image with Eszter Szabó Photography logo on it, strictly for online sharing.
- The booking fee of €195 is non-refundable to secure your date, time and services of Eszter Szabó Photography.
- As a full service photography studio our aim is to create timeless printed finished artwork for you therefore we don't offer digital only service and digital photos (except the one websize photo) are not included in this fee.
- Eszter is a very experienced photographer and tries her best to create the perfect family portraits for you. However Eszter Szabó Photography is not responsible if children don't want to participate or won't cooperate during the photo session.
- In all cases Eszter Szabó Photography takes care to ensure a pleasing colour balance for final prints endeavoring to match the image seen on screen at the proofing stage. However, it is impossible to guarantee colour accuracy 100% due to the different colour spaces that occur in digital imaging and different printers, media, screens and software settings.
- Within 2 weeks of the portrait session the Reveal Session is scheduled via Zoom. Client/s see their images selected by Eszter for the first time. Client/s choose the photo they would like to get as an 8x10" framed print. Client/s can order other print products.
- All photographs taken during the photo session will not be included in the reveal session's proof gallery; the final selection of photograph proofs will be at the discretion of the photographer.
- All orders for printed products must be paid for at the time of order.
- After 12 months from your session date Eszter Szabó Photography will no longer be responsible for storing your image files.

- Your photos won't be shared online or used as advertisement unless you sign our model release form on the day of your photo session.
- Cancellations policy: If you are unable to attend your photo session your booking fee won't be refunded and will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the booking fee towards a future session.
- If Client doesn't show up to their session, the booking fee won't be refunded, Client has the option to restart the booking process (if there is any availability left).
- If Client is more than 10 minutes late for their session, their session will be cancelled, booking fee won't be refunded and Client has the option to restart the booking process (if there is any availability left).
- Loss of Images: In the rare event that any or all images are lost, such as damage to camera or equipment, stolen camera or equipment, or damaged film rolls, Photographer shall refund Client the corresponding percentage of lost images. For example, if 30% of the original images taken are lost, Photographer shall refund 30% of the Total Cost.
- Copyright: It is understood that the copyright of all and any photographs belongs to Eszter Szabó Photography. No photographs may be copied or reproduced by any means photographic or otherwise by any person or machine other than by the photographer or his appointed agent.
- Non-disparagement: The Client/s and Eszter Szabó Photography mutually agree not to make public disparaging statements that would materially harm the reputation or business activities of any of them. “Disparaging” shall mean any statement that a reasonable person would consider damaging to the reputation of the person that is the subject of the statement.
COVID 19 policies:
- If photo session is canceled due to COVID 19 (ex. client or Photographer is tested positive, or client or Photographer has to self isolate or there are restrictions in place that prevents Client to attend their session) Eszter Szabó Photography will reschedule your Photo Session. Your booking fee won't be refunded.
- If you or any family members feel unwell 72h prior to your photo session, get in touch as soon as possible and we will reschedule your session (booking fee won't be refunded).
- Client/s must sign a COVID 19 waiver on the day of their photo session stating no one in the family has been a close contact or has any symptoms.
